  6. Catch the last few songs of the casualties
  7. Enjoy a little senses fail

  9. Listen to underoath. Get tangled up in crazy mosh pit. Lose bracelet in the fracas.
  10. Jam out to anti-flag and aiden
  11. Listen to a kick ass set from every time I die. Get kicked in the nuts in mosh pit. Crowd surf.

I ordinarily wouldn't waste a post on this.

But I know there are quite a few tool fans in the house.

This cat will bite you.

But when she is asleep she is vulnerable.

Who are you and why are you in my head?

Some of you already know that I think that I might have psychic abilities. In the past I've had some dreams that came true and it's been a while since the last time I've had one. That was until yesterday. Yesterday while driving to Miami we drove past a wooden roller coaster that was by the highway and I had an incredible feeling of deja vu. It was my first time seeing this place but the feeling that I've seen this before was so much that I started feeling sick to my stomache. It wasn't until I got home later that I remember where I saw it before. About a month ago I had a dream with that very same roller coaster in it. I can't remember what happened in the dream but I have a really bad feeling that someone I know is going to either get hurt or die around that area. I only hope that I'm wrong .

Other strange things have been happening to me, almost as if my psychic abilities (if I have any) are maturing. There have been a few times when I'm next someone that for some reason a word pops in my head and when I say it outloud that person is startled that I knew what they were thinking of. Another one that is more confusing happens during my dreams. Everytime it's starts out the same, I'm seated at a table in a room that doesn't seem to end. Then a nondescript old man that I have never seen before aproaches me and says, "What do you want to know?" I then ask a question that I don't know the answer to and it gets answered, but I haven't been recording the answers so by the time I get around to looking into it I have already forgotten what I have asked and what the answer was. The only one I can remember is I asked him what was the reason as to why I get migraine headaches. I think he said it had something to do with my colorblindness but I can't be too sure. I'm keeping a notebook by my bed so I can write down what he says from now on.

June 16, 1858 - I'm 2 days (and 148 years) late with this

As many of you don't know, that little 4-year liberal arts college in Waukegan, IL, Shimer College, is moving to Chicago. This has been in the news for weeks, if not months, now. What I just came across in a newspaper I don't consider fit even to line the bottom of my father's cage, is that the 1st Shimer House is for sale.

$335,000. The kitchen was removed - that's 1 way to achieve womens' liberation. It has a 3rd floor viewing room. Go ahead and think of it as a tower. I don't know if it has been declared an historical building. If it is, though, than the new owner would need a permit even just to replace the turlets.

Can downtown Waukegan, where the Shimer buildings are located, attract in homebuyers who can afford such high costs? In an area in Kenosha similar to that of Waukegan, those larger, older, houses with a style - Victorian, Tudor, ... - many were quartered and turned into apartments. Emperor Nero, of Uupper and Lower fame, has 2 such divided houses, and a house divided...

Complications

So today my mother calls, and she is on her way to the hospital in Chicago. Turns out my niece-to-be is going to be awfully, awfully premature(like 2 months.) Anyway, now it's a waiting game to see when she arrives and how bad off she is. I wish my brother and his girlfriend luck. No matter what happens, the end result will be stressful and expensive. I hope I still get to be an uncle, I had kind of gotten used to that title.

Like a Purple Nurple all over your Face

My Mulberries are coming in. The question I pose to you all is this: Who will help me make some kind of booze concocktion out of them? You need not be pure of heart or scientific. I'm not looking for anyone with a fancy lad degree in advanced distillery or berryology or Japanese. All I need is an ignorant peasant boy (or girl) who will pick berries for less than $1 per pound. Vive le immigrants!

You will ruin your clothes. These fucking berries stain everything purple.

Supply and Command in the Labor Market

Barb gave me a heads-up about a job opening up at Walgreens, and she can lie and put in a good word about me. I need your help deciding if I should go for Walgreens or stick to Gallagher. Here are my pros and cons. Add 'em if you got em or just tell me what I should do.

Barb's offer: $41,000 a year, office work, longer drive, no industrial scars, little to no chance for organizing, I'm guessing less room for error, I have to use my nogging for this job, allows me enough skrilla to move out.

Gallagher: $22,000 a year, 100 degree temps, short drive, really like my coworkers, hogh organizing potential, all physical labor, industrial scars and wounds, will still have to live at home till the next 6/6/6.

this should be a no brainer.

What's the difference between the England soccer team and a tea bag?

A tea bag stays longer in the cup!

I'm laying my money down that Holland wins the Cup this year. I read something about the Dutch team while in the breakroom that made me favor them. The magazine was in Spanish, but I think I got the gist of it.

Put away your Nike and pull out your Adidas, it's time for some Football, old school.

Holanda!!!

Tricks of the trade

Glue and paper cutouts can be used to temporarily modify a screen for a single printing. You know, if I disregard the undoubtedly vast amount of material on printing available on the internet, we seem like pioneers every time we discover a new trick.

The Front Lines of the Class War

After getting wounded while fighting in Industrial Union 430, Jason "Jay" Krpan retreated to Hangley's basement hospital to document his injury, receive a purple heart, and play some Beatmania. He'll be redeployed to work on Tuesday, where, he says, although he'll be on light duty taking it easy, he can't wait to get back to the front line. Here are pictures of his injury. As we've learned from Vietnam, pictures help to end wars as they put a human face on otherwise antiseptic statistics.

For hangley's Birthday, Jay let him do this photoshoot. He's betting my next phone call with be from Calvin Kline, or a mother angry with all the smut on Itchy Remorse.

Also, here's 1 of his father cutting through the vagina of a lamb.

The path is not entirely clear to me.

My father passed away on tuesday morning. I don't know how to tell people about it, so this is it.
